Rezaul Alam, a Sponsor Director of the company, has completed his transfer of 6,060,000 shares of the company to his daughter Ms. Roshmi Ruhi and 6,060,000 shares of the company to his spouse Ms. Fahima Husna as per declaration disseminated by CSE on 26.01.2025.
