2025-02-11: Category Change

SHEPHERD: The Company will be placed in 'B' category from existing 'Z' category with effect from February 12, 2025 as the Company has reported disbursement of 1% Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2024. As per BSEC Directive No. BSEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/32 dated 26 December 2021; the stockbrokers & merchant bankers are requested not to provide loan facilities to their clients against trading of the shares of SHEPHERD up to 7 trading days from February 12, 2025.
