Sale of 4,287,330 shares and 1 (one) TREC of CSE

The Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited (CSE) offered a ‘Tender Notice’ advertisement published in the Prothom Alo, The Financial Express and Dainik Azadi on March 28, 2021 asking for bid of Sale of 4,287,330 shares @ Tk. 10.00 each and 1 (one) Trading Right Entitlement Certificate (TREC) of CSE appertaining to forfeited TREC No. 108. The last date for submission of the bid was April 28, 2021. Due to prolonged lockdown and deteriorating covid-19 scenario in the country, the CSE management has decided to extend the time for submission of the bid up to June 30, 2021.The terms and conditions of the bid mentioned in the said Tender Notice of March 28, 2021 shall remain same and unchanged.
